Although he was sympathetic to our cause, he not yet endorsed legislation reducing greenhouse gas emissions at the scientist recommend 80% from 1990 levels.

On Saturday, Sep. 13th, UNCW ECO walked the Farmer’s Market and Wrightsville Beach, asking concerned citizens to call on Rep. Mike McIntyre to make global warming a priority.

They spoke with hundreds of people about global warming and Rep. McIntyre’s ability to make a difference. Today 346 North Carolinians called on Rep. McIntyre to do something. Great job team ECO!
